Our Representative - Julian Mellor

Julian has been a fully qualified PGA Professional for 15 years. Among his various achievements were becoming Derbyshire Professional Champion in 1995, holding the course record at Alfreton Golf club and winning various tournaments and pro-am competitions.

He spent time learning to play golf with well known tour teacher Peter Cowan who helped him immensely.

For the past few years having decided to concentrate on teaching he established his own indoor teaching academy, which boasts a state of the art sports coach simulator, many other training aids, putting green and nets (pictured below).

Over the next few years Julian intends working closely with TGA to improve his knowledge of the golf swing and further understand how the body should move and develop a training program for long term development.
